Such a tasty dessert from Chef Goodfood! 100% healthy, creamy, rich with protein and crazy delicious.
It took only takes 10 minutes to make, 2 hours to chill and when you try it ... so yummi!
- 300 g silken tofu
- 80 g dark chocolate (75%)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
Add silken tofu to a blender and blended it until it is nice and smooth. Melt the pieces of dark chocolate over in a small pot over a slightly bigger one, in which was boiling water. That should take you about 5 minutes. While stirring the melting chocolate, add cacao and combined chocolate-cacao mixture. Finaly, add maple syrup, vanilla and chocolate sauce to already blended tofu and blended it for another minute.
Pour it to the serving cups and put them in the fridge for two hours.
